Colorado has many outdoor activities that are enjoyable during the summer. From hiking to the intensity of the Manitou Incline, get a great workout in preparation for all the delicious meals we will share!
There are a near-endless list of things to see, do, and learn at Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center. From serene nature walks, old-timey trolley tours, educational exhibits, to the Geo-Trekker theatre; we’re sure you’ll find something fun!
Want a serious workout? Take on the Manitou Incline while you're visiting. The Bar Trail is nice to take down after making it all the way to the top of the incline. Possibly allot about 3-4 hours for this activity.
Red Rock Canyon is open from dawn until dusk. Dogs, bicycles, and horses are allowed on most trails. The Upper and Lower Dog Loops are off-leash areas, and there is a free-ride bike park at the east end of the first parking lot.
Who doesn't love pasta and wine? Biaggi's offers many different selections of food, but their pasta and red wine are my favorites. Stop by if you have time!
This is one of my favorite Korean restaurants in the Springs! We even made it as a feature in the Gazette's article about them. You have the try the bingsu (Korean ice cream) during the summer. It's a great dessert to share!
Splurge on delicious Korean BBQ! One of our favorites. Always go for the lunch special and save a bunch on high quality meats and side dishes.
Explore Daniel's alma matter! You'll be able to see gliders flying through the air, parachutists under canopy, and much more! Tours are conducted throughout the week.
